Protecting our History:
Partnering with the Museum of Danish America
The Danish Sisterhood of America has entrusted the Museum of Danish America with our precious historical items. In the Fall of 2018, a rental truckload of local lodge memorabilia, national board records and other priceless memories were delivered to the Museum in Elk Horn, Iowa.

2021 Fundraising Initiative
We are at 70% of our goal to raise $40,000 in matching funds for the Museum of Danish America’s grant from the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs for the preservation of our historical items.
National Board Matching Funds
Donations received before December 31, 2021 will be matched by Danish Sisterhood National (up to a total of $5000). Your donation will be commemorated with a certificate and mention the Danish Sisterhood News.
